2 to 3 tbs of any sugar free BBQ sauce
or make your own marinade
Sprinkle of Garlic Powder
Sprinkle of Onion Powder
Sprinkle of Oregano or Italian Seasoning
You can use any seasoning or herbs
I didn’t add salt or pepper but you can of course!π
Directions:
Cut all veggies except for the lettuce into large chunks! if you have a vegetable tray for the BBQ then you can make them smaller!
If you want your potatoes to cook quicker than microwave them for 2 to 3 minutes on a high heat
Add seasoning and BBQ sauce and mix to incorporate on both sides
you can certainly add seasoning and BBQ sauce on the lettuce but not necessary! I sprayed them with olive oil spray!
My husband Brian added the vegetables to the top grill of the bbq and cooked them slowly
The potatoes take longer so cook them on the regular grill !
Once they are soft and crispy they are done! It depends on how brown you want them!!!
Eat immediately or they are incredibly delicious room temperature or cold the next day! I enjoy them as a snack,add to my salads, burgers, or sandwiches too!!
