Best Cauliflower Garlic Cheese Bites Recipe

This recipe is about how to make a very quick, easy, healthy, versatile, guilt-free, and absolutely delicious meal, snack, appetizer, after or before a workout option!

Great for yourself, children, grandchildren, and company with a meal or appetizer!

Oven Baked Cauliflower Garlic Cheese Bites for WW

Ingredients:

  • 6 to 7 cups or more cauliflower
  • 4 tbs Plain no fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbs Hellman’s Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp or more Garlic Plus Seasoning ( can use fresh or roasted garlic or powder)
  • Sprinkle Smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1tsp or more onion powder
  • 1/2 cup low fat cheese or so ( depending on the amount you need or want)

For Sauce:

  • Mix together Yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic seasoning and onion powder set aside ( can make this ahead of time and store in your fridge)!

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and spray well
  3. Wash cut or break cauliflower into chunks and wash well
  4. Then steam or roast them
  5. Allow to cool before adding sauce
  6. Add cauliflower to your cookie sheet
  7. Sprinkle with Paprika
  8. Use a cooking brush to spread sauce over your cauliflower
  9. Sprinkle with cheese
  10. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes!

Enjoy right away!

Keep in your fridge for up to 5 days maximum in a sealed container!

Reheat in your oven or microwave!
