Homemade Boost Smoothie By Risa

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg or more of any flavor of Built Boost ( add more if you want more flavor)
  • 1/2 or more of a medium ripe frozen or fresh banana
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1cup of ice

Optional

  • Add your choice of sugar-free substitute
  • Sneak in veggies like spinach or kale
  • Add other fruit
  • Add everything to your Ninja or blender and blend well until you reach the consistency you like!!
  • Add more ice if you want it thicker or add more milk or water to thin it out!!!!
