High Protein Chocolate Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

This is super high protein, low fat, low carb, low sugar and a guiltfree snack, quick breakfast option or after or before a workout too!!

This Entire Recipe is only 2sp on WW Blue Green or Purple πŸ’™πŸ’šπŸ’œ

If you want to account for the blended fruit you can!! I never did over 9 years on WW and losing 130 pounds!!

Chocolate Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe medium frozen or fresh banana
  • 1/2 cup or more chopped fresh spinach (can use kale or other veggies optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2tbs Lakanto Monk sugar or any other sugar substitute or syrup or honey
  • 1 tbs Cocoa
  • 1scoop of Quest or any other high protein powder
  • 1 cup of unsweetened chocolate almond milk or any other milk is fine of course 1sp
  • 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes or more

Directions

  1. Add everything but the milk and ice cubes to your Ninja or blender
  2. Then add milk and ice next
  3. Blend until smooth!
  4. Add more ice if you want it thicker or more milk or water of you want it a thinner consistency!
