Ingredients

  • 2 low fat Tortillas or more 2sp ( any low fat one)
  • 1/4 cup or more of low fat grated cheese ( I use different ones all the time)2sp
  • 5 or more black or green sliced olives
  • 2 or more slices of bacon optional ( regular/chicken or turkey)2sp
  • Sprinkle of sundried tomatoes 1sp
  • 2 or more tbs of my homemade marinera or I love Rao’s or any other kind you want!
  • Add pineapple optional
  • Add veggies ( raw or grilled optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil
  3. Toast your Tortillas
  4. Add sauce
  5. Add cheese
  6. Add any other toppings
  7. Make a big salad with your choice of veggies, fruit, seeds/nuts, and low fat dressing! Or enjoy raw veggies and dip it one of my stir frys!!
  8. Bake for a few minutes!! Keep your eye on them!
  9. Eat right away and enjoy!!!
