This smoothie recipe is such an easy, quick, versatile, healthy, and delicious smoothie for you or anyone! A great snack, after or before working out, after work, or for a quick breakfast option!

1 Pkg Strawberry Guava Built Immune Energy Boost ( other options:1 tbs or more Strawberry sugar free syrup, or 1 tbs or more strawberry jello, or 1 tbs of strawberry extract
1/4 cup guava or mango or papaya or pineapple
1 cup plain zero fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup frozen bananas
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any other low fat kind
1 tbs or more of any Protein powder
Directions:
I like to add Strawberry Guava Built Immune Energy Boost to my yogurt or use any of the other options I mentioned above π.
Mix well and use an ice cream scoop or tablespoon and add to a lined cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Freeze until very hard!
This step is optional but makes your smoothie so nice and thick!!! That’s how I love it!!!
Once frozen add all ingredients to your blender or Ninja blender or whatever one you have and blend well!
Add to your favorite mason jar or glass!! Use a wide straw too!
*If you don’t want it as thick you don’t have to use frozen fruit or yogurt or simply add more milk!*
