Healthy Tropical Smoothie Recipe – 1 SP on WW πŸ’™πŸ’œ

This smoothie recipe is such an easy, quick, versatile, healthy, and delicious smoothie for you or anyone! A great snack, after or before working out, after work, or for a quick breakfast option!

depending on what Ingredients you add!

Best Smoothie for Weight Loss

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pkg Strawberry Guava Built Immune Energy Boost ( other options:1 tbs or more Strawberry sugar free syrup, or 1 tbs or more strawberry jello, or 1 tbs of strawberry extract
  • 1/4 cup guava or mango or papaya or pineapple
  • 1 cup plain zero fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any other low fat kind
  • 1 tbs or more of any Protein powder

Directions:

  1. I like to add Strawberry Guava Built Immune Energy Boost to my yogurt or use any of the other options I mentioned above πŸ‘†.
  2. Mix well and use an ice cream scoop or tablespoon and add to a lined cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze until very hard!
  4. This step is optional but makes your smoothie so nice and thick!!! That’s how I love it!!!
  5. Once frozen add all ingredients to your blender or Ninja blender or whatever one you have and blend well!
  6. Add to your favorite mason jar or glass!! Use a wide straw too!

*If you don’t want it as thick you don’t have to use frozen fruit or yogurt or simply add more milk!*
