Healthy Tuna Veggie Scoops Recipe

This recipe is about how to make a very quick, easy, healthy, versatile, guilt-free, and absolutely delicious meal, snack, appetizer, after or before a workout option!

Tuna Veggie Scoops Recipe for WW

Ingredients:

You can double or triple this recipe if you are making it for others!

  • 1 or more cans of tuna in water ( I use white and flaked that’s my preference)
  • 2 tbs or so light Hellman’s Mayo
  • or add plain zero fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbs or more white vinegar
  • Pepper
  • Crushed chili flakes ( optional)
  • Vegetables….I use different colored peppers, celery, cucumber, zucchini, tomatoes, etc. and the amount is up to you!

Directions:

  1. Drain your tuna and add to a medium bowl
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix
  3. Add on top of your favorite veggies!
  4. Eat and serve right away or keep in your fridge!!
